Wind Cecil (ウインドセシル), known in English as Windsail, is an SLF-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description
Windsail is the wind-themed Medabot of the four "Elemental Series" Medabots. Her model is based on a sylph, or air spirit. She has a bird-like design, as well as a pale blue color scheme and teal wing-shaped pieces on her shoulders. Robattle-wise, Windsail attacks with transforming parts that disrupt or annoy her opponents.

In Medarot 2
As an elemental Medabot, Windsail excels at annoying her opponents with her transformation abilities. Her parts change to have disrupting actions, such as "Charge Drain" or "Confuse". Windsail's flight-type legs make her a fast Medabot, but she's also weak to "Anti-Air" attacks.
In Medarot R
Windsail is obtainable from the Part Collection by fighting Nae, who is ranked opponent number 49.
