Fligflag (フリッグフラッグ) is an FLG-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description
Fligflag is an aquatic-type Medabot based on a frog. He has a snorkel in his Medarot 2 sprite and in Medarot R. Being equipped with aquatic-type legs combined with the fact he specializes in concealment, Fligflag becomes harder to hit the longer a fight goes on.
In the games
Fligflag specializes in concealment, his aquatic legs having a high conceal value that makes him hard to hit. As he has the Conceal attribute, he is best used with the Chameleon Medal. In Medarot 2 and Medarot R, his head and arms all have Scout Clear, preventing opponents from increasing their chance of hitting him with Scout, while from Medabots (GBA) onward his parts have Conceal to further increase his evasion.
Medarot 2 and Medabots (GBA)
Fligflag is used by the Dark Master from Milky's castle on Medabot Island. In Medarot 2 he appears alongside two Floros, while in Medabots (GBA) he is with two Crimson Kings.
Medarot R
Fligflag's parts can be obtained from Medarot R Parts Collection by defeating the ranked opponent number 17.
Medarot S: Unlimited Nova
Fligflag reappeared as an opponent in Milky's castle in the retelling of Medarot 2, but his parts cannot be obtained. Fligflag's model number changed to FLG00, and his leg parts gained the effect B Loader.
In the anime
In the Japanese version of the episode "The Legendary Medafighter", a Fligflag with a slightly different design is seen briefly as part of the mob of Medabot owned by some Rosewood Private School students attacking Eddie and Gloomeg.
A Fligflag appeared on display in the Medabot Museum in the episode "Phantom Renegade Unmasked".
