Krimps are crocodilian members of the Kremling Krew appearing in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and Donkey Kong Land III. They are the successors to Klaptraps and Klampons.
Krimps retain their predecessor's sharp teeth and immunity to frontal attacks, however they're vulnerable to jumps. Unlike Klaptraps and Klampons, Krimps can alternatively be defeated by rolling into it from behind.
As the Kong advance to later levels, Krimps also seem to become faster, often charging at the Kongs from off-screen.
