"The Creepover" is the second segment of the fifty-fifth episode of Vampirina. It is the second half of the fifth episode in the third season. It premiered on October 9, 2020.
Synopsis
Frankie comes to town so Vee hosts a creepover!
Plot
Poppy and Bridget head to the Scare B&B for a sleepover while discussing how far they've come since they came there. Oxana and Boris appear, getting ready to go for a night flight around the moon. Bridget claims that there's nothing to be afraid of, and Vampirina meets up with her and Poppy. She mentions that Frankie Bolt is joining them all the way from Transylvania.
Frankie is delighted to see Poppy and Bridget, and Vampirina suggests they have a traditional Transylvanian creepover. Demi shows up, and Vampirina tells everyone what a creepover is about. Poppy is excited, but Bridget is scared. Vampirina decides for them to have the creepover in the Creepy Clubhouse. As everyone else heads inside, Bridget states she can handle it, and she and Gregoria join the others. Vampirina then summons a thundercloud, and Chef Remy Bones sends one of his scare packages. They are crocodile gingersnaps, which Bridget is scared of. Vampirina decides it's time for them to play a game, and decides on Duck, Duck, Ghost.
Bridget is scared of the game, and Vampirina decides for them to play Capture the Flag. She explains the rules, and she'll look for the ghost flag with Frankie and Bridget, who plans to brave the scares. As the game progresses, Demi claims he can't find the flag, and Gregoria helps him. Bridget is searching for the ghost flag when she gets scared by a shriek from a Creepy Caroline doll. The flag shows up, and Bridget gets it. Everyone is proud of her.
The next game is shadow puppets. Poppy is glad Bridget is having a great time at the creepover. Bridget is scared of the bat shadow, which flies around the room. Vampirina checks on Bridget, who states how creepy the creepover was. Vampirina is sorry for her, and Bridget didn't tell her sooner as everyone was having a great time playing the games and that she didn't want to spoil the fun by saying that she just wanted to play their regular sleepover games. Vampirina tells Bridget that she can always tell her how she feels, especially if she's uncomfortable.
Vampirina shouldn't have changed the plan without asking Bridget and Poppy first, and Bridget can count on Vampirina to help her feel better. Vampirina promises no more creepover surprises, and Briana shows up, stating that she used to get a little spooked at sleepovers, as well. Bridget is feeling better, thanks to Vampirina, and is ready to leave. Vampirina promises to stick to a regular sleepover for Bridget next time. Bridget decides to give the sleepover another try, and Briana accepts.
Later, Vampirina and Bridget return to the creepover, and Bridget tells everyone how she feels about the creepover. Poppy tells Bridget that speaking up for herself was the bravest thing she's ever done. Frankie has been hoping to get the scoop on a genuine human sleepover, and Vampirina accepts. Meanwhile, Demi reveals to have a crocodile on his bottom.
