Synopsis
Demi and Gregoria cast a memory spell on Edgar that makes him forget monsters and Vee!
Plot
Edgar arrives at the Scare B&B to see Gregoria and interview her about what it's like to be a gargoyle, like he did to Demi last week. Vampirina mentions that today is Gregoria's day off. Edgar would like to join her. He then shows up, ready to interview Gregoria, to which she accepts. Vampirina joins in, and Gregoria shares a fact about gargoyles taking vacations. She hopes it doesn't last all day, but later, while she is being ironed, Gregoria is asked if she is allergic to gravel. Edgar asks Gregoria more questions throughout the day, but this is supposed to be her day off.
Edgar stumbles upon a hoverboard, and likes it so far. Gregoria mentions that today is like a game of Terror-Twenty Questions with Edgar, but Vampirina tells Gregoria to give Edgar some time to get used to everything. Later, Edgar hops off his hoverboard, which crashes into a tree. Later, Gregoria tells Demi that because Edgar found out that monsters are real, she hasn't gotten a chance to relax. Edgar offers more questions about gargoyle life, and Gregoria decides to continue relaxing. After she mentions it, Demi decides to perform a little memory spell on him to make him forget monsters are real. Then, he'll perform a counter spell at the end of Gregoria's day off.
Demi recites the spell, although he has difficulty remembering the right words. Once Edgar hears monster noises, he wonders where they are coming from, and also doesn't know who Vampirina is. Demi assumes the spell worked a little too well, and he recites the wrong words again, effecting Poppy. Demi forgets the counter spell, as well. Poppy tells Edgar that there's nothing weird going on at the Scare B&B, and decide to ask Edna when Vampirina shows up. She wonders what's going on, and Demi and Gregoria brings her inside.
There, Oxana and Boris knew what happened, and Vampirina doesn't want her friends to forget who she is. Gregoria apologizes for messing with their memories, as the memories Vampirina shares with her friends are more precious than moonstone. Oxana mentions that memory spells can be very tricky; they're easy to cast, but hard to undo. Vampirina checks the spell library for a solution. She finds The Memorable Book of Memories and finds a spell to erase a friend's memory. A special potion must be brewed for Poppy and Edgar to get their memories back. However, the longer it takes for the potion to be ready, the harder it will be for the memories to return.
Later, the potion is ready, and they send it to Poppy and Edgar. They think the Hauntleys are new neighbors, and are impressed by Demi and Gregoria. Demi shows his face, and Gregoria apologizes to them. Vampirina tries to help Poppy remember their friendship, like when they formed the Ghoul Girls, when Vampirina joined the Woodchuck Woodsies, and other notable moments in their lives. Poppy remembers it all, and Vampirina is happy about it. However, the potion didn't work for Edgar. So, Vampirina tells Gregoria about her hoverboard, and how it might make Edgar remember everything, just like Vampirina's Ghoul Girls outfit helped Poppy remember. Gregoria finds the hoverboard fixed, and finds a note from Edgar, who fixed it. As a result, Edgar's memory returns, and everyone is happy about it. The Hauntleys decide to tell him about it sometime, and Edgar and Gregoria decide to make memories. Gregoria teaches Edgar how to ride the hoverboard so it doesn't break again, and is happy to answer any questions Edgar might have. Edgar is enjoying the ride, and calls it a day he'll never forget, and Gregoria feels the same way.
