The NSV is a heavy machine gun featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Call of Duty: Mobile.
Call of Duty: Black Ops
The NSV is used in the level Rebirth, where it is mounted on the BTR-60 Hudson rides in. The weapon itself is mounted side by side with an Mk 19 . The NSV will overheat quickly, so it should be fired in bursts, however, if it does overheat, it will cool down faster than it took to overheat.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II
The NSV appears in Call of Duty: Black Ops II, it is mounted on T-72 Tank from the Multiplayer map Standoff, however it is unusable.
Call of Duty: Mobile
The NSV makes a return in Call of Duty: Mobile as a remote controlled turret, where it is mounted on the War Beast Tank that replaces the DShK from Season 4: Veiled Uprising, as well as on the Air Defense Tank and the Stryker exclusively for Ground War, Ground War: Skirmish and Ground War: Breach.
