HXVOC (pronounced phonetically as "[h ae v ih k]",[1] as in havoc) is an English vocal developed and distributed by Eclipsed Sounds, LLC, which released as an AI voice database for the Synthesizer V Studio 2 software. He is the first vocal to be teased as part of Eclipsed Sounds' "Phase 2" of specialized voice databases, dubbed the Tone Chroma series.

His voice provider is rock singer, songwriter, and music producer Seann Nicols.

Concept

HXVOC, nicknamed as "The Seeker" on the Tone Chroma teaser website, is described as an "aggressive tenor vocal built for rock and metal music". His codename is R-01, and his theme color is red, whose wavelength is given as 710 nm according to lightwave physics; this wavelength, along with the codename, are neatly incorporated into HXVOC's logo.[1]

Etymology

"HXVOC" is a partially-censored spelling of the English word havoc, which means either "wide and general destruction" or "great confusion and disorder".[2]
