AVER (アヴァー Avā) is an upcoming Japanese vocal developed and distributed by Bushiroad Inc. in collaboration with AH-Software Co. Ltd., which will be released as an AI voice database for the Synthesizer V Studio 2 software on an unknown date. She is the fifth vocal to be released as a part of Bushiroad Inc.'s BanG Dream! AI Singing Synthesizer project, Yumenokessho (夢ノ結唱, English; "A Dream Duet").

Her voice provider is Rico Sasaki.

Concept

AVER is a representation of Misumi Uika, also known as Doloris, one of the protagonists of the BanG Dream! franchise. Doloris is a first-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' High School and is the guitarist, lyricist, and lead vocalist for Ave Mujica.

While the character is based on Doloris, the Song Voice library is meant to capture the sounds of Ave Mujica and was named AVER as a result.

Etymology

AVER's name comes from Doloris's band name Ave Mujica.

History

On April 3, 2025, during a livestream, the silhouette then the full render about AVER were revealed. She is meant to be released for Synthesizer V AI 2 engine. No release date was given at the time yet. Her reference sheet was also put online.[1][2][3]

Package details as noted:
AVER is expected to be a feminine Japanese voice database based on the voice of Rico Sasaki. As expected of an AI voice database, this will enable her to sound realistic and human-like.

Vocal traits as noted:
AVER will be able to sing more realistically through changes in volume and breath, further enriching singing details, making each singing unique, and providing creators with more options. Through this mode, she will be able to use AI Retakes to create multiple "takes" of a sung section to find an ideal vocal without the need for "laborious tuning". This feature will be only available in the Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro Editor.

  • Through Cross-lingual Singing Synthesis, AVER is expected to sing in not only Japanese but also in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Spanish, and Korean. This feature will be only available in the Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro Editor.
