Sheela (Shiira in Japanese) is a character in Shining Force II.
Background
One of the townspeople in Galam says that the priest of the town has been neglectful of his duties since he decided to marry Sheela.
She was originally a regular healer, but after Red Baron killed her fiance she trained to become a Mastermonk to fight back against the demons
Personality
Sheela is quick to act and vengeful.
Strategy
Sheela is a already promoted healer, being a Mastermonk. She takes upon the role that Gong played in the previous Shining Force game of being an alternative to the Priest/Vicars. She learns alternative spells instead and is a much more developed character than he was. She is an optional fighter.
Sheela has the potential to be an over leveled with little effort and can fight on the front line as both a fighter and as a front line supportive role. Her HP growth is steady and her MP growth decent. Her defense grows well and experiences sharp increases at times.
She is recruited much later in the game then Gong was and does not learn Aura, which separates her from her predecessor.
She pales in comparison to Karna as a Mastermonk, if the player chooses to promote Karna with the Vigor Ball. Instead, she is closer to Sarah in terms of overall power if Sarah is promoted to Mastermonk. She has the lowest attack growth among healers.Powers & Magic
