Scarlett

Scarlett is a playable character introduced in Metal Slug: Awakening.

Character Summary

"Wanna beat me? Not a chance!"^[1]

Scarlett grew up in a happy and wealthy family. Her father was a corporate executive, and her mother was a former tennis player. She inherited her mother's talent and enthusiasm in tennis and had worked hard to one day compete in the professional leagues since her childhood.

Scarlett had her first-ever setback during her debut match, but instead of backing down, she was more determined to become better at tennis. Soon, she met a lot of friends, made her breakthrough, and earned glory through training and matches.

However, the war spread and completely changed the course of Scarlett's life. All professional tennis leagues were terminated, and her best friend was hit in the wrist by a stray bullet and became no longer able to hold a racket. For the first time, Scarlett truly understood the meaning of war and grew to despise it. Determined to bring the vilest warmongers to justice and prevent future tragedies, she resolutely joined the ranks of the Regular Army.

Perfect Return of Serves

Scarlett shoots a tennis ball dealing 80% ATK and rebounds on hit. Scarlett can automatically hit the ball during its return if it's near her.

• Passive 1: Hitting the ball triggers Enhanced Weapon. This makes the next shot launch extra bullets with 45% of her weapon's single DMG.
• Passive 2: DMG of extra bullets are increased by 1% for every 5% of PEN Scarlett has.

Victor the Tennis Ballista

Scarlett summons a large ballista that shoots multiple tennis balls dealing 160% of ATK. These can also be hit on return to trigger Enhanced Weapon.

Talents

Charged Hit

• When the Tennis Ball is hit again, there is a 10% chance of gaining 1 additional stack of Enhanced Weapon.
• For every 5% of Scarlett's Debuff DMG Bonus, increase the chance by 1%.

Victory Pursuit

When attacking units with debuffs, increase Weapon DMG by 6%. The more debuffs they have, the higher the DMG they take.

Double Strike

• Increase the DMG from the additional rounds fired by Enhanced Weapon by 20%.
• For every 5% PEN Scarlett has, increase the DMG from the additional rounds fired by Enhanced Weapon by 2.5%.
