Yutong is a new character introduced in Metal Slug Attack.
Character Summary
She is one of Chunyan's regular customers and eats dumplings whenever she passes by her restaurant.
Yutong is also an experienced mechanic, having created her "Vermilion Tank" by herself. The tank is adorned with a phoenix statue in the front that serves as her means of attacking by opening its beak to launch fireballs at the enemy, which can combust into tornadoes. It has also been modified so that incendiary attacks have no effect on it and is also fitted with a special core which allows it to repair itself back to running order if it takes severe damage.
She also sees Caroline as a role model.
Story
Extra Ops
First appearing in "Task Force 11th", Yutong is seen eating at Chunyan's restaurant as she helps herself to some dumplings. She asks her how life in the army is going and where Caroline is. Chunyan is unsure of where Caroline is, so Yutong decides to go search for her herself. She eventually finds Caroline and Towa being held prisoner by the Rebel Army and forced into an operation against the Regular Army, who have brought a 7000 Class Locomotive to tip the scales. Yutong successfully helps Caroline and Towa escape the Rebel Army and offer her a place in the Ptolemaic Army in gratitude, which she accepts.
