Ayumi (아유미), also known by her stage name Iconiq (아이코닉), is a South Korean-Japanese singer and actress under Avex Trax. She is a former member of the girl group Sugar.
She made her solo debut on July 13, 2006 with the digital single "Cutie Honey".
Career
2001-2006: Sugar, solo debut
She made her debut as a member of Sugar with the song "Sweet Love" on December 18, 2001. They then released their first full-length album, Tell Me Why, on March 13, 2002.

On December 20, 2006, Sugar officially disbanded after all of the members had decided not to renew their contracts with Starworld.[1]
Personal life
Relationships and family
On June 22, 2012, it was revealed that Ayumi is currently dating Japanese rock star GACKT.[2] On August 7, 2014, it was announced that the couple recently broke up.[3]
On October 30, 2022, Ayumi confirmed that she got married to her non-celebrity boyfriend.[4] Through the SBS reality show Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny, her husband was revealed be Kwon Ki-beom, an entrepreneur two years older than her, whom she met at actor Hwang Jung-eum's baby shower in February 2022.[5]
On January 9, 2024, Ayumi announced through her Instagram account that she is pregnant and is expected to give birth to her first child in May.[6] The couple welcomed their daughter on June 10.[7]
