Tech Pelican is an executive at WeNuts, a technology company based in Table Town.

In "No Dad Ideas", Martin visits WeNuts to pitch one of his inventions to Tech Pelican and two other executives. After Martin nervously fumbles his pitch, the executives mock Martin behind his back, with Kiff still in the room.

Later in "Lights Out", Tech Pelican is confused to find that none of his devices charged over the night due to a townwide blackout caused by the Pantry Point Lighthouse's keeper. Kiff, leading the response to the situation, orders him to grab all his pots and pans and follow her.
