Rockwell is a minor character in the series Kiff. He is a member of the Table Town mayoral council.

Profile

Rockwell is a member of the Table Town mayoral council. In "Hat", Barry's hat is accidentally sold to Rockwell at Rat's Hats and Mats, forcing Kiff to sneak into the council's headquarters to snatch the hat back from him.

Like Barry, Rockwell finds himself more popular while wearing the hat. However, after attending Barry's "Bring a Thing King" coronation and seeing Barry perform without the hat, Rockwell realizes that it is not the hat that makes its wearer popular, but rather the wearer's own confidence.
