Despoil is a skill introduced in Fire Emblem Awakening.
Overview
When the user defeats an enemy on their turn, they have a chance of obtaining a Bullion (S). The activation rate is based on the user's Luck (ie. 10 luck = 10% chance). It is learned by Barbarians at level 1.
In Warriors: Three Hopes, rather than awarding bullions, the skill instead simply awards the player with gold when an enemy is defeated. It's a mastery ability of the Assassin class for certain characters.
