Chapter 106

Prayer Council (祈りの間 Inori no Ma) is the 106th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Edens Zero.

Now in the Aoi Cosmos, the crew is in awe and set course to the planet Red Cave. Elsewhere, the Oración Seis Interstellar have a prayer council to discuss about recent events and plans for the future.

Summary

Xiaomei greets the audience yet again and introduces herself. She provides a recap of the recent events such as Shiki and his friends meeting the resurrected Ziggy while visiting his grave and receiving his ominous proclamation that machines while rule humankind. She then mentions that both the Edens One and Edens Zero have set out on a quest to find Mother and that the story will shift from the Sakura Cosmos to the Aoi Cosmos. Meanwhile in the Aoi Cosmos, Shiki, Happy, and Pino marvel at the sight of the cosmos outside their windows. Rebecca reflects privately that the sight of the Aoi Cosmos reminds her of when they first met Connor in World No. 29 amid a crowd of fish. Jinn and Kleene comment that they're in the Aoi Cosmos but when Shiki goes to ask him about it, Jinn ignores him and walks away with his sister, claiming to have no intention of fraternizing with the crew of the Edens Zero. Elsewhere on the ship Sister and Witch observe the Aoi Cosmos outside their windows. Sister Ivry questions why they've journeyed to the Aoi Cosmos but Witch reveals that it wasn't planned since their objective was just to leave the Sakura Cosmos and reminds Sister that both their own memories and the records aboard the Edens Zero concerning the outside universe have been erased. Hermit informs that though she is unable to restore their memories, she believes she can do something about the Edens Zero's log, and she has already uncovered information on the Aoi Cosmos. She reveals that they are journeying to a planed named Red Cave, unintentionally repeating the journey they underwent fifteen years ago, and that the Aoi Cosmos is ruled by a member of the Oración Seis Galáctica called Poseidon Nero. They hope that Poseidon will be a friendly member of the Oración Seis Galáctica, like Elsie, as Witch suggests Red Cave as their next destination to Shiki. Hermit states that they may find more information on Mother when they get to Red Cave.

Aboard the Angel Feather, Justice recieves a report from Victory and Creed that Elsie has departed to the Aoi Cosmos along with the Edens Zero. They conclude it would be a dangerous situation if Elsie was going to see Poseidon, just after they had finished wrapping up the case with Drakken Joe. They claim to be impressed with Blue Garden's intelligence department for putting together a team capable of beating Drakken Joe but Justice believes that somebody aboard the Edens Zero was the one who defeated him, based on his experience with the "Demon King" Ether he had sensed before. Victory is shocked that somebody outside the Oración Seis Galáctica would have that level of mastery of Ether but Justice reminds him that he too is at that level, while activating his Ether Gear. They recieve an emergency transmission from Colonel Jaguar who appears before them on a holographic screen. He orders Victory and Creed to step outside so that he and Justice can convene in a private Prayer Council with the other members of the Oración Seis Interstellar who begin appearing alongside them on more holographic screens. Cure, Holy, Feather, and Eraser join them and begin discussing the situation with Elsie Crimson and Drakken Joe. Justice swears that he will be the one to take down Elsie Crimson in vengance for her taking everything from him. Back in the Aoi Cosmos, the crew arrive at the Fire Planet, Red Cave and are surprised to see that it consists of an enormous ocean.
