- This is the first time "Project Bitch" would be interpolated in one of Doja's songs. The second time was in the 2021 release "Handstand" with French Montana and Saweetie.
- It was said that the inspiration of the song was Doja wanting to make a twerk song.
- The song features some lyrics written by comments of the livestream's viewers, like the line "Put her in a coma".
