The Jadestone is a Key Item given to Ryu by Cray's mother Tarhn. It is used to open up a secret passage in the Shrine which connects the Golden Plains region with the Wyndia Region.
Story
After the night raid in Ludia, Ryu, Cray and the others flee from the castle. With no other place to go and Ludian troops most likely in pursuit, the party decides that traveling to Wyndia is the best course of action.Ryu and the party seek out Tarhn once more. After a reunion with her son and some campfire discussion about the political state of the world and Ryu's role in it, the party eventually receives the Jadestone from Tarhn on the next morning.
After Ryu awakes, they bid farwell with Tarhn and head back into the Plains, by foot this time. They travel across the plains, all the way to the east until they finally reach the Shrine. Upon placing the stone on the pedestal in the shrine, a statue is lowered into the ground, allowing the party to traverse the shrine ruins on their way to Wyndia.
