Trick Mastery

Trick Mastery is a Skill used by Modern Sonic in the console/PC version of Sonic Generations. When equipped, it enhances the performance of Freestyle Tricks.

Overview

When using Trick Action, Sonic can perform Freestyle Tricks at a much faster rate, allowing the player to build up extra units to fill up the Boost Gauge from a single trick combo.

To unlock Trick Mastery, the player must collect all five Red Star Rings from Rooftop Run Act 2. It will then automatically become available in the player's Skill inventory. It can only be equipped to Modern Sonic and costs 70 Skill Points to be equipped.
