Art Book

The Art Book is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a collectible object that contains the concept art of characters, locations, enemies and other subjects from Sonic Unleashed.

Overview

The player can obtain Art Books through gameplay in various ways; they can be found inside the Acts of the Action Stages and Entrance Stages where they appear as floating books that can be picked up by touching them, be purchased from Shops in the Town Stages with Rings, be given by the townspeople in the Town Stages after completing a certain Mission, and be given from Professor Pickle after giving him a Souvenir. There exists a total of 71 Art Books in the game.

In gameplay, the player can view the Ark Books in Pickle's room after clearing Savannah Citadel Night Act 1 and purchasing the Bookshelf. To view the Art Books' images, the player has to interact with the Bookself and look up under "Data Archives".

• After collecting an Art Book from an Act in the Action Stages, the player does not have to complete the Act to obtain it.
