Purgatory II
YoutubeOn that day, something happened and someone did something.
Upon entering the Purgatory, he appeared in a huge, unfamiliar place, which looked like a kind of “waiting room”. There, he went to meet the various other people on the site, especially those who spoke Spanish.
He continued to explore the site and chat until a video appeared, telling him the rules of what was to come. He was told that the first event he would face the next day would be “Egg Wars”. He kept looking around, until he found a strange monster that was a head and legs, which he killed.
Then, he watched a presentation where they showed the teams and who was on which team, and he was on Crown. Because he wasn't paying attention, he didn't know who his teammates were until he was already teleported with the rest to the island of Purgatory, being Gabepeixe, Goularte, SeaPeeKay and Wuant.
While walking around, he crossed paths with Capitan Gato, who threatened to kill him, so he began to beat him repeatedly, almost to the point of murder.
A video then appeared again, in which it was explained to them more specifically what the Egg War event would consist of. He was separated along with his team, so he began to gather resources. He noticed that they had targets, and soon disaster struck: he would now suffer from dehydration. He began to explore so he could get sand and make bottles to drink water from, getting a couple of electrolytes for thirst.
In the sea, he got fish to eat. Then, he started killing mobs, though many appeared, and he had to run. He kept fighting, until he started to farm sand for his bottles. He then went near his equipment so he could make glass. After a while, he went mining for more stuff.
After gathering enough resources, he went to investigate the NPCs from whom items are bought. As he went, pressing random blocks, he came across a strange place: a kind of altar for Team "Bolas", the team that had won the previous Purgatory. Somewhat confused, he got out of there and started stealing resources from the place where the blue NPC, from whom you buy items, was standing. Unfortunately, he was killed by the Etoiles Team.
After retrieving his stuff, he died again as he was caught between two people. He met Etoiles, with whom he had a peaceful conversation about Smash and then went their own way.
He decided to arm himself better so he could go and confront his enemies. He continued to gather resources and interact with his team for a long period.
He was very thirsty and couldn't restore his thirst (due to a bug), so he ended up dying. After returning and retrieving his gear, he went to assassinate a member of the green team, whom he defeated three times. After seeing someone else approaching, he left so he could cook food.
However, they began to follow him, eventually killing him. After reviving, he began to gather wood and stone. With that, he tried to go and retrieve the things from his body, even though he knew there would probably be nothing left.
After giving up, he went to mine and get more stuff, which he did for a long time, so he wouldn't die again. Thanks to the encouragement of his teammates, he regained his self-confidence and became more motivated to get diamonds and good equipment.
After much effort and farming, he managed to collect enough diamonds to make a full armor set. Even after inadvertently making an extra pair of trousers that cost him 8 units of the material, he collected a large sum of the mineral to give to his teammates as well.
He also enchanted his equipment. Although he considered going straight to killing people at that moment, he preferred to leave the killing for tomorrow's event to take the others by surprise.
After showing the other ravens what he had managed to mine and teaching them how to hide his armor, Aldo finished his day in Purgatory 2. YoutubeAfter entering the server, Aldo encountered a strange flying mob, which he ran away from, as he had no bow, although he soon killed another one that looked like a toad. He indicated that he had given all his diamonds to his team, so he should probably farm more.
He set about getting moss, as he could easily make bone dust from that by putting it in composters. That day, the event they would play would be Egg Wars, in which they would have to defend an egg and attack their enemies' eggs[Note 1]. With five minutes to go before the showdown began, he gleaned tea leaves to brew the concoction and be a little more prepared.
He was then teleported with Team Crow to a large white space with barriers. The first thing they did was to set up a space in which to place infinite water. Aldo came up with the idea of creating a small room in which to hide the egg, realizing that the barriers were also underneath. Because of this, he changed the plan to a labyrinth.
He explained that they could make several rooms in the main area and hide the egg in one of the corners, not in the center, which was accepted by the others. Because SeaPeeKay noticed that at one end there was no one behind them, that was the one chosen to carry out their plan.
They then began to build the place. Because he couldn't get out of the square they were in, it was a tricky job, but in the end they succeeded. They added to the strategy by making it look as if it had already been attacked, to scare off and confuse their enemies. After the time allotted for building was up, Aldo was designated as the attacker, so he set about looking for other bases and killing people.
They went to raid the the Axolotls base, where they killed the members of that team several times. He then noticed that their percentages were going up, so he asked why, and one of his teammates told him that they were destroying one of the enemy eggs (from the Squirrels). Thus, they managed to reach 32%. Aldo went to help, but was killed by Pac and a giant mosquito. Because of this, when he reappeared at his base, he went to kill some intruders who came in search of his egg.
He once again went to the Squirrels' base, killing Pac and Shubble, but since they were spawning there, they managed to kill him. However, this gave enough time to manage to destroy his egg. SeaPeeKay, seeing Aldo at the base, gave him avocado toast so he could continue fighting without problems.
He went to the center and took a large amount of potions from the chests, but was killed by Captain Cat. He went again, killing him this time, but dying from the acid rain. After fighting several teams, raiding other bases and protecting their own, they managed to come in fourth place with 15.3%. At the end of the event, even though two teams should have been eliminated, due to an issue with ElQuackity, the ones eliminated would be the ones with the lowest percentages at the end of the day.
They then saw a message from the Eye, which explained what the next day's event would be about: Warzone, which would basically be a King of the Hills or Capture the Flag. After this message, a new video appeared, explaining that they had to defend their leader, SeaPeeKay.
They then set about gathering resources to complete contracts and not be eliminated. While doing this, once again the Eye appeared, who told them that they wanted to go after their captains would be none other than two members of the previous team that had won Purgatory, Bolas: Cellbit and Baghera Jones, who would be present until the end of the day.
The strategy chosen to defend SeaPeeKay was to go offshore, so that the two hunters couldn't even find them. They all then headed far out into the ocean.
While his companions were still in the water, Aldo searched several sunken ships in the sector, getting a large amount of minerals and materials. However, for some reason he died, appearing in the spawn, in front of Baghera with other players (including Tubbo), who did nothing to them because it would be unfair. He tried to attack the Brit near him, as he was the leader of the Goose team, but Tubbo told him that they couldn't hit each other there, as they were invulnerable in the spawn.
They said goodbye and Aldo decided that he should definitely start farming, because his team was down to 11.4%. His goal would be to get as much moss as possible, to transform it into bone dust and with that to get tea, as well as charcoal.
He decided, after a while, to try bananas as well, so he started looking for the fruit on his way to a cave. Arriving at one, he gathers charcoal there. While he was at it, the Crows dropped to second to last place, which discouraged them quite a bit. However, Aldo said he could produce bananas.
He went to his base, as he would be given banana tree shoots so he could start farming them. He explained to Gabe the process for picking the fruit, so he also set about helping with the picking to make stone dust. Aldo also made a farm with more trees, so it would be easier to gather them. They both kept collecting them to get as many bananas as possible.
Aldo went to a nearby island to get more moss and thus bone dust. After returning to the place where they were collecting bananas with Gabe, he noticed the presence of a strange white creature who were apparently also helping them to collect the fruit. There was also Goularte, who in turn lent a hand in the process. The Mexican, for his part, continued with his process of gathering moss.
Taking encouragement from Son of Man and various Tarzan songs, Aldo continued to gather blocks to make bone dust a little more hopefully. Thanks to the enormous effort they made together, they managed to climb to fourth place, a position they held until the server closed for the day, thus surviving and not being eliminated. Very happy and excited, Aldo finished his stressful day. YoutubeUpon entering the server, Aldo went to greet his fellow Crows, a few minutes before the day's event started. He checked the missions for the day and asked about the new member of his team, who he was told was Mike, a Brazilian who didn't like English.
They told him some things that could be collected, and he replied that he would collect some flowers, but soon he would go to farm because he needed diamonds. He then set about collecting poppies. They talked about the strategies they would take during the day, his team pointing out that Aldo was the best in PvP, so they would have no problems against the others in that aspect. According to Aldo, he could even beat Etoiles if they put them in a 1vs1.
After getting two stacks of poppies, he headed to a mine to get diamonds. On the way, he encountered Soarinng, with whom he fought, and was defeated. Because of this, he lost all his things. Despite this, the other Mexican indicated that he would leave his things there and not take them out, so he went to look for them. When he arrived, Soaring told him what enchantments he had, which were quite powerful, so he and his team realized that they needed to arm themselves better so as not to die fighting the others.
He went into a cave to get materials for a while before the event started. It was then explained to them that this would be “Warzone”, where they would have to protect and steal flags to get points. He continued to collect minerals before the event started, while sharing strategies with his teammates. They were then alerted that someone seemed to be in their base, but Aldo kept at it, finding plenty of diamonds along the way.
It was then that the event began, to which Aldo made his way to the center of the area, where there were plenty of materials in chests. Not fully understanding how “Warzone” worked, he simply decided to go to the points and place the Raven flags. While doing that, he also started killing people from other groups. He quickly realized that if they got flags of other colors and put them in his base, they became his, which he explained to his team.
He killed and got killed too by many people, while also fighting against the natural disasters that beset them. Noticing that the chainsaws had done quite a lot of damage, he decided to create one to fight back. He went on like this, with his various weapons, killing whoever he could find and collecting flags to make them his own. The team's strategy was to collect as many blue flags as possible, transform them and save them until the end of the round, where they would place them for points. Other teams would burn them in lava.
They won the second round in their arena, so they continued with the strategy, winning again in the third, but losing in the fourth to the Geese. However, they managed to take the fifth round, thus gaining immunity for the day. Because the other arena was tied, they went up with the Ravens to watch the tie-breaker from the top, which was won by the Capybaras.
After that, because they basically had the day off, Aldo decided to go diamond mining. Before that, he saw a cinematic about the next day's event: Infernal Waters, a kind of Battleship or minesweeper. He then saw a strange rat… whom he asked if it was Roier. However, it simply disappeared, so he ignored the event and pretended it never happened.
He then decided to go to his base, which his companions told him they had moved to another location, giving him the coordinates. On the way, he found an experience farm in the middle of the sea, which he simply destroyed. He then ran into Gabe (from his team), who guided him to the new location of his home, which was hidden on a beach and had to be reached by going down a waterfall.
Once there, he stored everything that was for his team in the chests. After that, his goal became making bookshelves without the need for animal hide. After figuring out how to do this, he began a long journey of scavenging to get the materials to make many books.
In the midst of this, he again encountered the strange mouse that reminded him quite a bit of Roier, who this time was with another fellow ratile. Between them, he was shot dead after refusing to hand over his things after being assaulted. He returned to the scene to fetch the stuff from his body, challenging the rats to a PvP while swearing at each other, but because they had immunity, they simply killed him again.
One of the rats (Ratackity) went to eat, so he was left alone with the one in the red jacket, who upon seeing that one of Aldo's companions had arrived, decided to assault him as well. This time in Portuguese, so the Mexican didn't understand much of what they were talking about. The mouse left with Gabe, so Aldo went back to his book-making, reflecting on the fact that if you were mugged, you had to hand over your stuff or you'd be shot.
With enough shelves, he began to make an enchantment area, with the table for this in the middle. When he went back to talk to his companions, he found out that the rats had robbed them and that they would give them back their things in exchange for cheese, something quite impossible to get on that island. Anyway, he decided to go in search of a special goblin that gave off experience every time it was hit, to make a farm. After getting one after a long time, he started to build it. Thanks to this, he managed to level up quickly.
At level 30, he decided to enchant his armor and tools to be fully protected. Fully equipped, he took the opportunity to mine for more minerals to see if he could get diamonds and also take red stone contracts from other teams, just for the fun of it. He got a lot of stuff, after which he finished his day. YoutubeFor the new day, after starting his day, he noticed that there was no time limit to play that day. Because he appeared at the same mine he was at yesterday, he asked if it was best to collect more resources or return to base. He indicated that the admins had returned the diamonds stolen by the rats[Note 2] so they had plenty.
At home, he began to keep what he didn't need and take what he did, also creating a secret place inside the base in which to hide the most important things, such as diamonds and bings.
With his companions, they decided to enlarge the experience farm by adding more globins and snowmen. Aldo also asked if they had any food they could give him. Before the day's event started, the goal would be just to farm things for the contracts. Prior to that, Aldo used the goblins to quickly level up to enchant his axe.
That done, he headed off to get wood to make books. While he was doing that, his team told him that the goblins had disappeared, which was rather strange. Aldo continued to gather materials, but then went down to the base to make tea and put goblins back on the farm. With that settled, his team began to strategize about what to collect. Meanwhile, he created a book so he could get spells.
Then, the team was teleported to the site of that day's event, which was a kind of sea battle. On this occasion, they had to team up with Mapaches. Bad was the one designated to be in charge of launching the missiles, so Aldo, for his part, was dedicated to killing mobs and completing missions inside the “ship”, such as cleaning the cobwebs in certain rooms.
He also took the opportunity to farm bones, as a huge amount of skeletons were appearing. Bad, meanwhile, was constantly destroying enemy team ships. Out loud, rather than in his mind, Aldo commented that Gabe gave him a lot of tenderness, so the latter, who was standing next to him, heard him and laughed. Just for the sake of annoyance, he began to kill Molly several times, making her desperate and causing him a great deal of amusement. After leaving her alone, he continued on his mission to kill mobs.
After winning thanks to the teamwork of Raccoons and Crows, and especially BadBoyHalo's work destroying enemy ships, he again started killing Molly just for the sake of it, only to notice that his team's percentage was over 50%. Then, a new cinematic announced that they should prepare for the next day, but without giving too many details about the next event. A strange flying gun appeared as it greeted him. It then offered that if he shot Molly, it would give him a diamond, so the floating gun did.
However, he ended up being the one shot, so he bludgeoned Molly to death, which caused the gun to kill him as well. He returned to retrieve his things and told Wuant that he had been betrayed by the flying gun. Things were also stolen from Molly's dead body: her diamond armor and tools, although Aldo soon said to return the things to her, also giving her a refrigerator.
Together with the other Ravens, they were teleported to a strange place, where his enchanted diamond knife was lost.
In front of them, ElQuackity came forward to give him a few words. Because he interrupted him, the other Mexican shot him. He then asked them how their experience had been so far. Then, he asked them for a message they wanted to give to the other teams.
After that, ElQuackity shot him. His companions also shared messages for the rest of the groups. After leaving the office, Aldo stole some potions that were in the place, so he started running for his life, being chased by ElQuackity and a gun.
Thanks to one of the potions he stole, he started to glow. They were mistakenly teleported once again to the office, so Quackity chased them away. Because this one had killed him, he couldn't TP his base, so he had to start walking there.
While he was walking, he took the opportunity to make bone blocks and scavenge resources. When he got there, he once again started enchanting things, as thanks to the experience farm he was able to level up quickly. Then he went back to collecting items for contracts (specifically, bookshelves).
Together with his team he went to the merchant, where they saw Cherry's body lying, which didn't have much on it, just a gas mask. After robbing him, he went to the coordinates his teammates gave him to help them. There, there was a tiger keeping them trapped, which he killed with lava. They decided to go to the spawn. Aldo continued exploring anyway, putting on the stolen mask once the toxic gas event started.
Together with the fish-head, they went to what they thought was another base stealthily, though they saw nothing. However, after a while they actually managed to reach this one, so he killed all the cows he found and stole a bunch of tea leaves. He also killed the chickens and burned a couple of chests full of stuff.
After completely raiding the base, he went to the spawn so he could buy stuff, although there was nothing useful. He then decided to return to his base, though on the way he realized that he had no water left, almost dying of thirst, but was able to find and drink from a nearby lake.
After arriving, he cooked various meats from the slaughtered cows to have. He also created a large quantity of tea. After that, he started making bookcases. After noticing that the reds were raiding the blue base, Aldo indicated that he knew where that base was, as he had gone there the other day. Anyway, he continued to gather bark-free wood for his books.
He noticed that someone sent in the general chat the exact location of the Blue Base, which surprised him a lot, although he preferred not to go there for the moment. The reds targeted them, but the crows kept their cool, for if they got close, he would not let them go clean. They noticed that the reds and blues began to fight.
Aldo stayed at the base and made a chainsaw just in case. He then continued farming to make books and then bookshelves. After a while, the other Ravens pointed out to him that it seemed that other teams were in alliance and were going to them. Because of this, and in case they actually raided them, Aldo took the most important things from the base, like the mobs from the experience farm and the enchantment table, and hid them somewhere else so they couldn't find them.
After he finished hiding everything, he told his team that he had to leave for the day, so he gave them some advice on what other items to do for the missions. After that, he ended his day. YoutubeAfter logging in, the first thing he noticed was that this time there were no more percentages. This day would be the last day of Purgatory, and there were only Crows and Raccoon on the server. He made several racks so he could enchant his armor. He continued to look for things and better arm himself for what was to come later, which was still a mystery.
While doing this, he was quite nervous, playing different songs to calm himself down, which didn't help much. He then went on to get levels from the experience farm that he had to fix. He was enchanting books to get good spells for a long time. Likewise, he also made a lot of golden carrots to have on hand. The Ravens decided to have one last chat among all before the final event, in which Aldo delivered a few words to those who were his home in the last days.
After his speech, his other companions also shared some words of encouragement and happiness for having been able to meet each other. Later, he started spending some more time doing various things like making diamond blocks and throwing away things that were no longer useful, Aldo waited for the last event of Purgatory 2 to begin. The video of the explanation of this event appeared, in which the eye indicated that it would basically be a labyrinth in which they had to look for buttons in a kind of “backrooms”. Inside, there would also be mobs with chainsaws that, if found, would take them back to the start.
Stressed, he and his team did their best to find the exit before the Raccoons did, dying a couple of times along the way. Because there were a limited number of spaces in the lift on that level, their anxiety level began to rise even higher, quickly searching for the corresponding key and reaching the elevator. It was not supposed to be PvP, however, BadBoyHalo was the one who killed him one of the times, so upon meeting him in the lift, he began to tell him his truths, causing all the Ravens to beat up the American.
On the second level, they were again confronted with a maze, being killed several times by the chainsaw-wielding black mobs. To get to the elevator, he had to go through a parkour, which he managed to get through with an Ender stone. However, that was against the rules, so he was sent back to the beginning, having to face the others with only one space available to get to the final.
He was teleported once more to parkour, where he fell into the lava alongside Gabe, who was there earlier. They both swam to the shore, and he noticed that, in addition to not having the key, he was being shot with arrows, which he thought he had killed Gabe when he shot back. However, after reaching the third floor, ElQuackity informed him that thanks to BadBoyHalo he had managed to win, as one of his shots caused him to advance further ahead of Gabe.
On the third level, only Aldo, Wuant, Mike and SeaPeeKay were there, leaving only the Crows who had made it that far. It was then down to just one maze, which Aldo and Wuant managed to solve.
After pointing out to Wuant that the arena in front of them was a PvP, the Portuguese questioned what would happen if they didn't fight, to which Aldo replied that they would probably just kill them both. ElQuackity then stood before them and told them that by the end, they would have no items on them.
The other Mexican told them that they would have a bare-knuckle fight and that if they didn't want to fight, that was fine, and they would get rid of both of them. Both opponents were pretty much against fighting each other, as they didn't want to fight each other. However, Aldo started to beat him early, explaining that if they killed them both, the Ravens would not be able to have a proud position as Bolas.
ElQuackity asked them if they had anything to say to each other before the fight, to which Aldo expressed how grateful he was to have met him:
With that, ElQuackity gave the count of three and, after that, the two began to fight.
With Pompeii de Bastille in the background, Aldo, who even gave Wuant pointers on how to hit Wuant correctly, as he was doing it incorrectly, easily won both rounds and was crowned the winner.
He quickly rushed to Wuant to deliver a last word.
Quackity then told him that he would never see any of the people he had met there again, because they had met their bloody fate.
Quackity also asked him how it felt to have betrayed his friends, to which Aldo replied that it wasn't like that. He didn't betray anyone. Along with an incredible trophy, the other Mexican told him that they would meet a friend. However, after entering the room, a mob (who was not the supposed friend) killed him.
