Purgatory II
Guto was put in Team Axolotl along with LJoga, Estailus, Capitan Gato and SupNinjaz.
The Purgatory 2 event begins, and Guto, along with the other players, arrives at the starting lobby. Guto attempts to talk to SupNinjaz, Bastet, Jinkiwinkki, and Cherryrar initially, discussing their location and other topics. The group splits, and Guto, along with Cherry and Jinki, engages in a conversation about being in Purgatory, where they joke about the possibility of dying. Guto tries to motivate them, jokingly mentioning that Bastet would protect him.
After interacting with other players, especially Brazilians, in the chaotic environment filled with distinct voices, and giving a peck to Guaxinim, Guto, along with everyone else, walks towards the area where they would be selected for a team. He is the second to be selected and placed in the Team Axolotl, joining SupNinjaz, Estailus, Capitan Gato, and LJoga.
All the teams are now properly organized and teleported to the spawn of the egg island. Guto is confused about what is happening since, at that moment, they cannot communicate with each other. He tries to talk to the Merchant, nicknamed Luffy by Guto due to his straw hat, and looks around to figure out who to ally with to eliminate everyone. As communication is restored, the teams begin to split up and go their separate ways. Axolotl, the pink team, decides to search for wood to start crafting their first equipment and begin their adventure.
The first disaster on the island occurs—Spoiled Food—but it doesn't bother Guto as he doesn't have any food.
While collecting their initial resources, everyone talks, organizes, and gets to know each other. Guto and LJoga teach Estailus how to say "I'm hungry" in Portuguese, while Estailus teaches others how to say it in Spanish.
Suddenly, ElQuackity appears, asking how the team is doing and offering water before disappearing.
The team's focus at the beginning is to find iron to build buckets and sand to make glass, not only for water bottles but also for other tasks. Guto initially focuses on collecting gravel and later on collecting sand, which becomes his focus for the rest of the day. While mining for initial resources, Guto experiences his first death by falling from a high place, unfortunately spawning far away and having to walk a long distance to retrieve his items.
After some time, while collecting wood, the Earthquake disaster occurs, and Guto notices that the world seems to have gone back in time for a few seconds. (Note: The server crashed during the disaster, resulting in a rollback upon return.) Guto comments to himself: "I went back in time! I went back in time! I was there at that time; my powers are working. I don't even need the clock... or was it not that? I think not... Hey, I went back in time again!" Guto exclaims, realizing he has been teleported again. "Okay, my powers have been disabled, I think." Guto then goes back to collecting wood, contemplating his solitary life and philosophizing.
His second death occurs while collecting sand. After collecting over 10 stacks of sand, Guto, commenting on being a tired worker, is suddenly killed by Tubbo while focused on sand collection. Guto was low on health when Tubbo appeared, and he was assassinated without a chance to defend himself. Spawning far away, he asks his team to check if his precious sand chest has been stolen, saying, "There's more sand in that chest than on the ground."
Shortly after his death, the server crashes, and while waiting to return with an encouraging background music, Guto delivers a motivational speech about how his team will "rise in the rankings" and how he will kill Tubbo for revenge since "the working class wins in the end." As he returns to his body, he laughs at the disaster, this time, Inventory Shuffle, as he has nothing in his inventory.
Guto spends the rest of his day in Purgatory collecting sand to help his team in tasks and mining to improve their equipment. During this time, he has one of his biggest scares with a creeper that appeared out of nowhere. Even in last place in the rankings during his final 8 minutes on the server, he remains determined, stating they will win with a smile on his face. Although his team ends up losing, Guto's determination persists, ready for the next day.The second day of Purgatory begins, and Guto immediately starts mining with the intention of gaining more XP and obtaining more resources to improve his equipment. After all, later on, there will be the Egg Wars event where teams must protect a fictional egg and eliminate those of other teams to win.
The Unlucky Minerals disaster occurs just as Guto is mining for diamonds! (Where all mined blocks can give either good or bad outcomes, but mostly bad.) To pass the time during the disaster, as mining is too risky, he starts breaking blocks over lava to see what would happen. Unfortunately, this results in a creeper that is not killed by the lava but ends up trapped with Guto inside the cave. Rather than fighting, Guto decides to converse with the creeper to convince it not to explode there while the disaster is ongoing. The creeper eventually explodes on its own. To make time pass, Guto briefly tells the story of "Foio," which unfortunately doesn't have an ending since the disaster concludes. While mining, he also encounters a goblin merchant with excellent trades, whom Guto affectionately nicknames "Fio" and "Senhor Goblin." Before leaving the cave, he creates a waypoint to return to the goblin.
Guto experiences his first death of the day during the Inverted Controls disaster, while simultaneously battling a skeleton and a spider in the caves. The cause of death was dehydration. Upon returning to his body and seeing it lying on the ground, Guto reflects on understanding what his past self went through, having suffered what he suffered, felt what he felt, and recovers his items.
With little time left before the start of the day's event, Guto dances cheerfully alone, playing funk music in the background to get inspired.
The event begins! All teams are teleported to their respective areas, where they have 30 minutes to build a base to protect their egg. Guto shares with the rest of the team the idea he had with SupNinjaz to create a sturdy fortress to pretend the egg is there and hide the real egg elsewhere. The entire team starts building the fortress, which, being taller than all others, also includes various areas at the top where the egg might be.
PvP begins! Guto spends a significant portion of his initial time defending the base, experiencing his first death caused by Jvnq. He decides to leave the defense and join the fight with his teammates, unfortunately dying due to a radioactive rain in the process. Guto remains steadfast and determined; his team's egg has not taken any damage, so it's time to go after the others! The life of the Axolotl team's egg remains the same until the end of the event. Towards the end, Guto battles alongside LJoga against Malena, Tubbo, and Pac.
The event concludes, and Axolotl was one of the few teams to keep their egg at 100% until the end. All teams are teleported to the same location where they were divided to listen to ElQuackity. Upon arrival, Guto is thirsty but without water, desperately asking everyone for water and finally getting some from Jinkiwinkki. ElQuackity announces that the results of which teams would be eliminated would only be revealed at the end of the day, and everyone would have until the server closing time to complete their missions. While waiting to be teleported out of the announcement area, many engage in conversations about the event or general topics. Guto, on the other hand, decides to play on his microphone "Today there's a goal from Ribamar..." as well as "Just like animals..."
A new announcement occurs! A mini-event where all teams must protect their leaders from two hunters, Cellbit and Baghera, or face a penalty in the next day's event.
The Axolotl team decides to escape to the middle of the ocean with their leader to avoid the hunters, as they need to keep moving since their locations will be exposed from time to time. Guto, along with his allies, lands in a frigid area where they encounter the Team Squirrel that had the same idea. Shortly after the encounter, the sound of teleportation can be heard, followed by Baghera's "Hello." Many from the team escape by boat, leaving Guto behind, who is then threatened by Baghera to reveal his leader or be killed on the spot. Guto tries to stall, saying he has no leader, among other things, but is soon frightened again by another hunter, this time Cellbit, who calls him "dear" and asks how he is and if he's enjoying the experience. Guto responds that he's scared, shortly after being killed by a bomb during a boat escape with Estailus.
For the rest of his day, Guto and his team focus on completing as many tasks as possible to avoid elimination on that day. They put in maximum effort, gathering all the materials they might need. Guto stays on the server until the last second for his team to win.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be the last day for the Axolotl team and Guto in Purgatory 2.
