Purgatory II
Duxo was put in Team Crab along with Condifiction, Axozer, Jack Manifold, Natalan and Sneegsnag.
YoutubeAfter some time from the events of Purgatory I, Duxo logged into the server and finds himself inside a white building in ruins along other players.
He looked for his friends (Natalan, Soarinng and Estailus) to exchange some words, then he decides to spend the rest of the waiting time walking around the place and chatting a bit with others.
It didn't take long before a message from The Watcher appeared to greet them and explain about this Purgatory. Duxo was impressed and kinda excited about the game.
When the video ended, he was taken to a stage where ElQuackity made his introduction to the participants (despite the fact no one could hear him clearly). After that, the group selection started and Duxo ended up being part of Team Crab with Axozer, Natalan, Jack Manifold, Condifiction and Sneegsnag.
Once they were released into the island, Duxo got another global message from The Watcher where the entity presents the first event called EggWars.
Without losing time, he reunited with his team to meet them, falling into an acid lake by accident but recovering from it without any problem. Soon the first random disaster appeared, dehydration (Happily he never died because of it).
In need of food and seeing the lack of resources (caused by the nuclear explosion in Purgatory I), he collected mushrooms and other items for his group until ElQuackity appeared again to talk with them. After his visit, Duxo continued his activities along his teammates.
Time passed doing missions, obtaining points and surviving disasters (one of them was an earthquake). A provisional Crab's base was finally set on a desert-like place and everything seemed to be good, however, that changed when Etoiles, leader of Team Panda, found Sneegsnag and killed him. Duxo was able to defeat him, obtaining the intruders's diamond axe and another items on the way.
After this success, Duxo, Sneeg and Jack went out to kill Tubbo (his death was a valuable mission for them) leaving Nat, Condifiction and Axozer alone at their basement.
Unfortunately, Etoiles went back with his team to assault them, killing the ones who were on Crab's base without any problem. In an attempt to go and fight back, Sneeg and Jack separated from Duxo, being killed by Team Panda at the moment they arrived.
When Duxo achieved to return (he was kinda lost and didn't remember the coords), the base was practically surrounded by the enemies.
With a bitter feeling, he searched for Panda's base with the idea of them being near, however, he ended up fighting and dying, losing all his stuff along with the great score they managed to get in 4 hours. He felt betrayed by Soarinng, after all, he was part of Team Pandas.
Defeated and more upset than before, Duxo tried to recollet minerals and items they needed to regain some of the lost points while thinking about the possibility of loosing tomorrow's game. He only had 40 minutes left.
At the end he logged out inside a cave, finalising his first day with the only desire to take revenge against Team Panda. They would do their best to try to survive. YoutubeThe day started with Duxo logging and appearing at the same spot he left (the cave).
With yesterday's events in mind, he immediately contacted his team to plan the things they had to do to be prepared for today's event, EggWars.
At some point, while they were farming and upgrading their new base, Duxo was teleported along his teammates to a place where they had to build a fortress to protect their egg. They had a time limit of 30 minutes to work on it.
Egg Wars Event
When the time ended, Duxo and his teammates made something similar to a cobblestone island suspended in the air with towers, water and a central room for the egg.
At first he took a defensive posture to protect their egg from everyone who wanted to go near while Sneeg, Jack and Condifiction tried to attack the other ones. When the event was on it's final 30 minutes, Duxo and all his team decided to leave their fortress to destroy Panda's egg, taking advantage of their lack of protection during a short amount of time.
Duxo was able to inflict a decent amount of damage in his first attempt, however the next ones didn't went too well. When the objective had been eliminated by Team Squirrel, Team Crab changed their plan and went after Capybara's egg, unfortunately that egg was well protected, making impossible to break into their fort without being killed.
He just watched how the team tried to negotiate an alliance, helping with it by attacking every person who tried to assault them, sadly, they didn't make it and the time ran out finalising the game.
The finale
After a few minutes, all the teams were gathered at the theater to receive the final results. ElQuackity made his presence and after some audio problems, he started talking and congratulating the participants for all their efforts on the first event of the Purgatory 2.
Surprisingly, there were mistakes at the moment he mentioned the teams that were eliminated this day, so they decided to let them continue the day doing tasks, giving an opportunity to the ones with the lowest percentages.
Duxo felt a mix of relief and frustration with this decision, now he and the team had to farm items, complete missions and protect their leader (Sneegsnag), the last one being the priority after being told by The Watcher that there would be a penalty for them if the team leaders were killed by the wolves (Cellbit and Baghera Jones).
The time passed and Duxo started to look more tired and stressed, this being noticeable after crafting 6 tables by accident while mining. Having a pause from his activity, he, with Axozer's help, made a lava farm for the team.
While going back to the mine along with Natalan, the Toxic Gass disaster appeared causing their death, taking them to the spawn and encountering Cellbit and Baghs almost immediately.
With this, Duxo was able to interact with them and see how the three of them argued about Roier's past with Nat. According to his words, it was an awkward moment for him.
Later, when the Toxic gas disappeared and the Wolves left them, both Team Crab's members went back to their base to keep gaining more percentages. From that time, what Duxo did the most was collect moss to craft bone dust and use it to obtain bananas for the global mission with Condifiction's help.
Sadly and despite all their efforts, Team Crab was eliminated along with Team Axolotl at the end of the day, setting the final for Duxo on Purgatory 2.
