Plumeria is a character first appearing in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, as the admin of Team Skull.
Appearance
Plumeria is a young woman with golden-yellow eyes and pink hair with yellow highlights. She wears a black sleeveless tank top with an X pattern under it, black, baggy pants with white zigzag patterns, and gray sneakers. Plumeria also wears a black bracelet on her left arm, a gray locket with the Team Skull logo, and a pink Skull tattoo on her belly.
After Team Skull is disbanded, her outfit changes: she wears a gray bandana with similar colors and patterns to Salazzle on her head, a watch on her right wrist, and matching pants to her bandana. She loses the Team Skull necklace, tattoo, and bracelet. Her white eyeshadow is also gone.
Personality
Plumeria is protective of the grunts she commands and sees herself as their big sister. She is angered by the player character because he/she keeps defeating the Grunts. Plumeria tends to think of them as "idiots", "numbskulls", or "dummies". After Guzma goes to Ultra Space, she tells the player character to bring Guzma back after giving him/her the Poisonium Z. In the end, Plumeria is able to respect the player character and even tries to challenge the player character for Alolan League Champion.
Etymology
Her English and Japanese names, Plumeria and Purumeri respectively, both come from the "plumeria" flower.

Trivia
- Plumeria's eye color (gold) and white eyeshadow greatly resembles the petals of a Plumeria flower, which she is named after.
- In Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, Plumeria's Golbat has three moves during the first battle, but curiously, loses a move during the second battle, getting rid of Confuse Ray.
