Leroy is a paperboy that lives in Ninjago City. He was one of the gamers trapped in Prime Empire. However, after Jay helped Unagami and Milton Dyer make amends, Leroy and the other Ninjago City gamers were freed along with a few NPCs.

Leroy was one of the three paperboys that notice Nelson when he first arrived at the newspaper warehouse.

At the Fur Mart, Leroy was at the annual puppy petting competition until an Elemental Cobra appeared and scared him off.
Powerless
When the Elemental Cobras were attacking Ninjago City, one of them popped Leroy's balloon.
Ancient History
Leroy is one of the many civilians that ran away as the Pyro Vipers and Elemental Cobras attacked Ninjago City.
The Message
Leroy was delivering newspapers with Nelson and Antonia.

Leroy is playing Prime Empire for a long time which causes his friends to leave. Just as they left, he reaches level 13 and the arcade cabinet opens. He then decides to enter Prime Empire.

Leroy was getting ready to deliver newspapers, but was surprised to hear Antonia's last day as a papergirl. He also mentioned the Dairy Dragon after Antonia did.

Leroy was one of the many people that were cheering for Jay and Nya.

Leroy rode his bike to Benny's Arcade Emporium. He was also one of the children that were stuck inside the arcade until Lloyd saved them.

Trivia
- He is one of the few male characters to have a female voice actor, the others being Lloyd, Brad, Gene, Skales Jr., Wu (as a baby), Sammy, and Ginkle.
- He is the second character to have mid-legs in the show, the first being Nelson.
- He uses the same hairpiece as Dwayne, originally used on Commissioner Gordon from The LEGO Batman Movie.
- In Season 11 and "Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?" he wears a blue beanie, which he no longer has later.
- Leroy, along with Garmadon and Wu, is the only character who has been shown during the show with all types of LEGO legs - normal, middle and short.
- However, like the sons of the First Spinjitzu Master, Leroy's legs length is inconsistent. While in Season 11 he had mid-legs during all episodes except "Powerless," when he had normal legs, since Prime Empire Original Shorts his legs have been changed to short.
