History
The Benefit of Grief
Butchie worked with Hounddog McBrag and other officers to hunt down Kai, Zane, and Dareth. When the trio headed down into a gorge alongside Sally in her van to escape them, he and other police officers stopped pursuing them. McBrag, however, continued the chase.
The Fifth Villain
Butchie took a call from the Mayor aimed at Hounddog McBrag, whom he was riding with. He reassured the Mayor of the plan's success. Later, he and other police officers attempted to capture the ninja at Twitchy Tim's gas station, but were distracted by Fugi-Dove, allowing the ninja to escape.
