Fixit (G1)

Fixit is a minor character in Generation One of the Transformers franchise. He was based on a figure from the 1989 toyline.

Marvel Comics

Fixit first appeared in the UK-exclusive story "A Small War" as one of the first Micromasters created on Cybertron. When the Battle Patrol were captured by Thunderwing as part of his plan to create Decepticon Micromasters, Fixit was one of the Autobots sent with Roadhandler to destroy Thunderwing's base and the captives with it, although they ended up rescuing the Battle Patrol instead. Fixit reappeared in the "Demons" story arc, where Emirate Xaaron had him revive his Rescue Patrol teammate Seawatch, who had been left catatonic by an encounter with underground demons.

Fixit made his first Marvel US appearance in Issue #60, where he and the rest of the Rescue Patrol were assigned by Emirate Xaaron to accompany Classic Pretenders Grimlock, Jazz and Bumblebee back to Earth. An attack by the Decepticon Mayhem Squad saw them taken an unexpected detour to the Primus chamber at the heart of Cybertron. Fixit and his team had reached Earth by "The Greatest Gift of All", where they tracked down the Decepticon assassin Whisper, although Optimus Prime ended up recalling the team after an attack by the rest of the Air Strike Patrol.

After this, Fixit took on the role of the Ark's medic, treating an injured Chromedome in Issue #69 and working to separate the fused Megatron and Ratchet in the following issue. He made his last appearance in Issue #74 among the Transformers summoned back to Cybertron to face Unicron.
