Go to the vault in Industrial City Dilmagia.
Objective 2: Head for the Grandshelt Orphanage
Go to the orphanage in Royal Capital Grandshelt Lowtown and talk to the man.
Objective 3: Find the man in the Aquatic Cove
Go to the marked location in Aquatic Cove - Exploration and talk to the man to start a fight against a Sea Scorpion and two Aqua Elemental.
Objective 4: Head for the Dilmagia vault
Go to the vault in Industrial City Dilmagia.
