Belial Gore arc
World No. 29

Daichi is summoned along with the rest of the Element 4.[9] Within Labilia's cell, Daichi stops Rebecca from taking off Labilia's cuffs and appears from the ground. He states that he is under orders to watch her, making sure she does not kill Labilia if she tried, and from escaping. He introduces himself and offers her chocolate.[10] After she refuses, he calls her No. 29 and asks if she does not like chocolate. When Rebecca asked about this number, he admits that he does not know. Daichi then pulls out a commemorative coin, showing it to Rebecca. He explains that he earned it at group therapy for torture addicts after going 60 days without torturing anyone, surprising Rebecca. When she brings up Labilia, he claims that he just roughed her up and states that it is not real torture. Daichi then begins to sweat and looms over Labilia, claiming that it would not hurt to give in to his urges. Rebecca draws her Happy Blasters on him, but he retaliates, using his Ether Gear to make branches sprout from her arms and pin her to the wall. Daichi turns to her, saying that he cannot hold it in anymore.[1]

He then easily bends the 60 days coin, dancing that his tortue ban is lifted. He laughs as he looms over Rebecca as the branches goes deeper into her body. He asks how it feels, guessing that it is painful, and explains that this is the effects of his Pain's Tree. Rebecca screams, which Daichi compliments and wants to hear more. However, he watches as she is turned into water by Laguna, who reminds him that he is not supposted to hurt her. Angered, he yells at him for ruining his fun, but quickly shudders in fear when Laguna reminds him how scary their boss is. He asks him to keep this between them, and offers him chocolate, who declines.[11]

After the intruders are all captured, Daichi stands with his fellow Element 4. He watches as they are held at gunpoint, when Drakken tells them not to move. He laughs along with Fie as Drakken destroys the Sister Energy bottle meant to heal Weisz. He continues watching on silently as his boss shoots at Shiki's leg, discussing about their punishment, eventually ordering Fie to cut Weisz's arm off.[12] Afterward, he hears Laguna muttering about tears, which Daichi tells him that now is not the time to turn Rebecca into water.[13] He listens as Drakken informs the intruders that their friends on their ship have been taken down. He stays silent as his boss shows authority over the three and shoots Shiki in the head, ending his adventure.[14]
World No. 30

When the Crew of Edens directly attacked Belial Gore, Daichi and his fellow Element 4 confront them.[15] Daichi and Laguna are shocked when Hermit interferes and dismantles Fie's sniper rifle. Finding her his type, Daichi tries to attack Hermit but ends up as Sister Ivry's opponent after being punched in the face mid-air by her.[16] After the Four Shining Stars in their Battle Dresses are ready to fight them on a 4-vs-4 battle, Daichi in his fluster comments on their beauty.[17]

When facing Sister as his enemy, Daichi finds her beautiful. He claims that he cannot take it anymore after seeing her pretty face and expresses how he wants to torture Sister. He bends the 60 days coin and throws it away on the floor. Daichi then starts dancing about his torture ban being lifted, but is kicked in the groin by Sister, who finds his 60 days coin cute and reveals that she possesses a 10 years coin before she bends it as well. She proudly proclaims that she is a 10 years torture-free ex-dominatrix and throws the coin at Daichi from behind much to his masochistic dismay and pleasure.[18]

Daichi is whipped by Sister, who asks if he likes her Paradise Whip. He expresses how he has never experienced this having always been the torturer, but finds it rather nice, and is whipped once more. However, he states that he cannot hold it anymore, asking if machines feel pain. He activates his Ether Gear to entangle Sister. He is pleasantly surprised to know she does, and asks how she likes to be tied up, doing various poses. He instead gets a threat, which he yells at her to try. He points out if she has not tortured anyone in 10 years, then that would mean she is rusty and declares that he is going to teach real torture. He yells at her again, getting a compliment for his oppressiveness, making him angrier. He is shocked when she dispels his tree, confusing him since she cannot use Ether Gear while tied up, but is told that the Shining Stars uses what she calls optimization of Ether. He soon feels his pain disappearing, but gets hotter until he explodes from the energy, laying on the ground afterward. Hearing Sister wishing to continue torturing him, he offers her chocolate, but is told not to worry about the pain as she can heal him as many times as she wants, making him scream in fear.[19] He stays on the ground, as he and the other Element 4 are defeated.[20]
