Pliers are a crafting material used in high level (6, 7 and 8) upgrades of the Workbench. Pliers are exclusive to the Swamp biome.

They can be found in these locations:

1. Village (Swamp): Near the Cripple's house there's another small house with a Growths and Red Chomper covered in Black Substance just outside. After dealing with the threat, one room contains a corpse with Pliers, and a wardrobe with a Fabric.
2. Ruin 2: This is a difficult one to get, because of a Banshee waiting behind the metal door. Read a possible tactic here. Once you get past the Banshee, the Pliers are in the wardrobe in the room with the Growths.
3. Junkyard: Another one of the Pliers is in the remains of Piotrek's Rocket, somewhere in the Junkyard. (Only if you do not follow the Wolfman's plan of sabotage and complete the quest!)
4. Mushroom Glade: Another one can be found in the shelf next to the Mushroom Granny.
5. Holes (shortcut): In the crate around the small holes.
