The Insect is a hallucinogen attained after lying in the grave during the event sequence on The Grave.

Cooking it nets 30 ml worth of essence. The amount of extracted essence is multiplied by the Oven efficiency. When eaten, it grants the the Endurance buff and Armor buff for 150 seconds.
