Captain Caecilia is an Incursean captain.

Appearance

Caecilia looks like Attea's Omniverse design, except she lacks a scarf and wears an eyepatch over a helmet. The mark on her forehead is different and she has a white logo with a black dot on her right shoulder.

Personality

Caecilia is very loyal to her emperor, Milleous.

History

Caecilia was tasked by Milleous with obtaining a weapon for his plans. To make the weapon, equipment was needed that was on Earth in Undertown, so Caecilia hired Elena Valadis to get everything. However, Elena would be arrested by Ben and the Plumbers, and even though Caecilia sent the Vreedle Brothers to rescue her from prison, they failed. After telling Milleous the plan's failure, he ordered her to prepare fleets to conquer Earth.

A Caecilia is a genus of amphibians in the family Caeciliidae. They are a group of limbless, vermiform or serpentine amphibians.
