Exceed

Exceed (エクシード, Ekushīdo) is a type of cost that primarily appears on abilities on LRIG cards, as well as abilities given to LRIG by certain ARTS and keys. It was introduced in WX-04 Infected Selector.

To pay Exceed X, put X cards from underneath your LRIG on the field into your LRIG Trash.

Exceed costs are primarily paid using LRIG cards that accumulate underneath your LRIG as they grow. However, certain effects can put ARTS and keys underneath your LRIGs; these can also be used to pay Exceed costs. You may pay Exceed costs with cards from under either your center LRIG and/or your assist LRIGs, or a combination of cards from under both.

Outside of the specific cost required, abilities with Exceed costs do not differ from other abilities.
