The T-72M is a prototype North Korean Main Battle Tank that introduced in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History
A T-72 Ural (probably damaged) captured by Iran from Iraqi troops during the Iran-Iraq War was known shipped to North Korea. There are rumors that a T-72M/S was sold to the North Koreans in the early 1990s.
The T-72M here is very likely to have made stats changes just for (though somewhat inexplicable) game balance like other North Korean tanks, or simply trying to present an intermediate combination between model Ural and S. Since this T-72M has not been equipped with a 14.5mm KPVT, it is unlikely to represent North Korea's own modification.
As differences listed below, it should be remebered that Wargame series did not strictly and completely follow the historical trend, and instead made many changes (e.g. BMPT).
Overview
The 60-point KPA T-72M has somewhat strange stats compared to other Pact T-72Ms (e.g. KPz T-72M) and the original T-72A itself, which are all 55 points.
Being 5 points more, the KPA T-72M oddly gets 10% lower Stabilizer (40-point T-72 level) but 4 more AP Power (up to 100-point T-80A level), also better optics (Bad to Medium), while Armor remains same. These features made this vehicle should acts like a tank destroyer, also provided higher cost effectiveness.
