CAESAR (CAmion Equipé d'un Système d'ARtillerie) french for Truck equipped with an artillery system is a prototype France Self-Propelled Artillery that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History
CAESAR had the intermediate between the mobility of the towed TRF1 155 Artillery piece and protection of the AMX AuF1, The first prototype of the CAESAR was showed in 1994 combing TRF1 and Unimog trucks with preproduction models entering service in 2000. Production models entered French service in 2004.
