E7/E8

E7 and E8 are quadrants in Shadow of the Colossus.

Description

No save shrine is found in these quadrants, yet E8, together with E7, are quite the interesting places.

Kites and doves can be seen flying throughout the plains in E7, while gulls fly in E8.

There are three white-tailed geckos in E7 and one in E8; as well as a fruit tree in the center of E7.

Significant nearby areas

• The Southwestern Cape can be found to the west.
• To the northwest, the arena of the 6th colossus can be discovered.
• Up north, the desert of the 13th colossus can be found.
• To the east, the Southern Plain shrine can be discovered.
• The final shrine and the lair of the 16th colossus is on the southeast.

Trivia

• E8 used to expand further south, being the home of the unused colossus named Sirius.
• An area similar to E8 existed in the past in quadrant F8, before the final boss was placed there.
