Iron Shackle

The Iron Shackle (鉄の足かせ, Tetsu no ashikase^?) is a collectible item that appears in Sonic and the Black Knight.

Description

The Iron Shackle is a gray metal collar with spikes on it and a black iron ball attached to it by a chain.

Overview

In gameplay, the player can collect the Iron Shackle during different Missions in certain areas. For then to obtain it, the player must use the ID points earned from completing the Mission where the Iron Shackle was picked up to identify it on the identification screen. When equipped to the playable character, the player's Proficiency level will be reduced and prevented from increasing any further.
