Froggy Poison

Froggy Poison (フロッグポイズン, Furoggu Poizon^?, lit. "Frog Poison") is a POW move used by Big the Cat in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. When using this move, Big sends Froggy to kiss his opponents, damaging and poisoning them.

Description

When performing Froggy Poison, Big walks in front of his opponent, with Froggy on him. Big then deploys Froggy, who is send flying through midair, onto the opponent. Froggy then kisses the opponent, infecting him/her with a harmful poison, and Big retreats to his team position.

In gameplay, Froggy Poison deals attack damage to a single target. When dealing damage, Froggy Poison inflicts the target with poisoned. The higher the level of Froggy Poison is, the more attack damage it will deal and the greater effect will the poisoned status effect have on the opponents it inflicts.

Real-Time Interaction

When performing Froggy Poison in gameplay, the player has to complete a series of real-time events by performing certain actions on the Touch Screen, in order to execute Froggy Poison optimally. For these actions, the player has to touch and stay inside the outer circle that appears when it overlaps the inner circle and follow it in a straight line from the lower left corner of the screen to the upper right corner. Missing or not touching this circle correctly will either result in Big missing the strike or the damage from the attack being reduced.
