Charging!

Charging! (チャージ!, Chāji!^?, Charge!), also formatted Charging,^[1] is a move that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a POW move used by various types of Badniks.

Description

When performing Charging! the user stands in place as a blue ring of energy forms on the ground around them. This effect persists through Rounds and lasts until the end of the fight.

Upon use, Charging! increases the damage dealt by the user's other attacks.^[1] This move is stackable, though it is unknown if the effects are additive or multiplicative.
