Slowpoke Well is a location introduced in Generation II.

Description

HGSS - Slowpoke Well 1

Slowpoke Well is northwest of Route 33 and the namesake of Slowpoke, despite more Zubats appearing in the location.

Team Rocket invades Azalea Town and takes over the Slowpoke Well in order to acquire the Slowpoke Tails, which they plan to sell on the black market (in order to raise the funds to keep their organization going, as well as for their own selfish greed).

Kurt is a helper. When he tries to defeat the Team Rocket Grunt, he falls down the well, hurting his back in the process. He then asks the player to go down into the well in his place, and defeat the Team Rocket Grunts in order to rescue the Slowpokes.
