Shalos

A transcendent who’d created the special space called the Gold Forge and jammed it in as a skill reward—he couldn’t have been an ordinary person.

Han Yoojin, Chapter 335

Shalos (Korean: 샬로스, RR: Syalloseu) was a transcendent allied with the immoral people, and the creator and former master of the Gold Forge and the elemental Ismual. He eventually gave up his life in order to prepare the Gold Forge with a wide range of materials and helpful resources for his future successor, Yoo Myeongwoo.

Appearance

Shalos was born as a blue bird identical in appearance to Yoo Eunhye. Later in life, as he grew stronger and became a transcendent, he transformed into a dragon.[1]

Personality

Little is known about Shalos' personality. He is described as a "good ahjussi" by the remaining immoral people.[2]

History

He eventually chose to give up his life to prepare the Gold Forge for its next owner. Binding together the Gold Forge with a Subspace Pouch filled with various useful materials, giving it a lengthy system description and useful manual, and leaving Ismual with an introductory course in case his successor was new to smithing, Shalos even ripped out his own L-rank magic stone to leave as a material component.[5][3]
