Layout

Dr Crygor's Lab WWIMM

Dr. Crygor's Lab is an expansive laboratory located on a small separated island near the coast of Diamond City. The lab is surrounded with large leaves, and to its left is a giant, red hibiscus flower. There are two yellow structures, one of which is smaller than the other. The entrance is a rectangular, yellow tunnel that leads into the smaller building. There is also a larger yellow building with television antennae strapped to its roof. Aside from the yellow structures, there is a tall, brown structure behind them, and it has a circular window and projections sticking out from each side.

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, the main room features walls, furniture, and various other equipment in various shades of blue. It is symmetrical, as shown from the control panels being on both the left and right side of the room. A glass stasis tube sits in the center on the room, and there is a desk with various laboratory equipment on it. Most of the floor is pink, but behind the stasis tube, it is dark red, with a path leading to the left and right each. Three intersecting metal pipes can also be seen behind the stasis tube.

The hallway leading to the restroom has a light gray wall. This room also features two floors, both dark gray in color, and a ladder to the very left takes one to the lower floor. Three wall clocks, each having four hands, can be seen above the upper floor. The bathroom is located on the center of the lower floor, and is indicated by a blue door with a men's restroom sign.

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, the main room and bathroom appear to be combined, as laboratory equipment can be seen next to the toilet, on a light gray table. The interior of this room is also gray, like the hallway in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.

In WarioWare: Twisted!, the interior received an overhaul. It now has a black-and-white checkered floor, and the wall is black with neon, light green lines. An oval-shaped control panel with red, light green, yellow, and purple buttons and a colorful clock with numbers varying in size are also shown against the wall. To the very left is a white stairway leading up to a red door, which serves as the exit. In both the start-up cutscene and the intro cutscene of Dr. Crygor's stage, a light blue table with lab equipment can be seen in the room. In Wario-Man's story, the table and lab equipment are replaced with a conveyor belt where various objects are moved directly into the Gravitator.

In WarioWare: Touched!, the room with the Tri-phonic Undulating Nanobot Automaton has a purple wall and light-blue square floor tiles.

in Game & Wario, Dr. Crygor's Lab is shown to have a bathroom featuring a toilet with a shower head as well as a stockpile of toilet paper rolls. The toilet hides a series of pipes that leads to an underground room bearing a very similar layout to the lab's main interior in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.

Dr Crygor's Lab WWIMM interior

Dr. Crygor's story takes place here. In the opening cutscene, Dr. Crygor can be seen dancing around in his lab. He then takes a potion that gives him gastrointestinal pain, so Dr. Crygor rushes to the bathroom, during which the player plays through his set of microgames.

WWMPG Dr Crygor Sleeping

In one of the movies, Dr. Crygor falls asleep sitting on his toilet in his lab. When Orbulon's UFO strikes him, Dr. Crygor blasts upwards above the lab. When he plummets back to his restroom, face-first, Orbulon, Dribble, and Spitz greet him with a hello. The three then take Dr. Crygor to the Dribble Taxi and leave the island.

WarioWare: Twisted!

Dr. Crygor's Lab is first seen in the cutscene shown when starting the game, in which Wario can be seen at Dr. Crygor's Lab, enlisting Dr. Crygor to repair his Game Boy Advance.

The lab appears a second time during Dr. Crygor's story, in which Dr. Crygor had completed his invention, the Gravitator, suggesting that the events of Dr. Crygor's story took place some time after he repaired Wario's Game Boy Advance, which the Gravitator converted into several smaller units with tilt controls. After Dr. Crygor celebrates by performing a short dance, he turns on the Gravitator, which releases some bubbles, each trapping Dr. Crygor and some of his possessions, and during this is a brief gameplay demo in which the player can move the bubbles around the lab.

Dr. Crygor's Lab is featured during Wario-Man's story, where Dr. Crygor feeds more objects into the Gravitator to produce more Game Boy Advance-lookalike tilt consoles, as they had been selling several of them. The Gravitator turns Wario into Wario-Man, and in the ending cutscene, when Wario-Man tries to power up even further, the Gravitator grows a pair of rocket launchers and blasts off with Wario-Man outside of Dr. Crygor's Lab and into outer space. After Orbulon's UFO destroys Wario-Man's mecha, which the Gravitator had transformed into, Wario-Man falls back down to Mushroom Earth. As Dr. Crygor is fishing in the ocean surrounding his lab, Wario-Man lands into the ocean. Shortly after Wario-Man falls into the water, the sky turns to sunset.

WarioWare: Touched!

Dr. Crygor's story once again takes place within his lab. It can be seen in the opening cutscene, before lightning transitions the scene to Dr. Crygor laughing at the completion of his Tri-phonic Undulating Nanobot Automaton. In the ending cutscene, Dr. Crygor's Lab is seen again, and an upgraded Dr. Crygor uses his jetpack to blast outside of it and into outer space.

WarioWare: D.I.Y.

Dr. Crygor's Lab makes a short appearance in the cutscene shown when starting up the game. Here, Dr. Crygor is shown playing video games on his Wii during his nightmare. Dr. Cyrgor's Lab is also the location where Dr. Crygor and his granddaughter, Penny, contribute to the creation of the MakerMatics.

Game & Wario
