Rocky the Reporter is a one-time character who appears in WarioWare: Touched!. He is a dalmatian news reporter who fills in for Ken the Reporter, whom he is based on, because Ken instead serves as the host for Ear Candy.

Rocky appears at the end of Wario-Man's stage, in front of a crowd of people outside Toy Express, where he reports on the success of the new hit game WarioWare: Touched!.
