Hammer Toss is one of the microgames under Jimmy T.'s Sports folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!.
Layout
There is a man standing in a light gray circle surrounded by a wide, dark green area presumably meant to represent grass. To the right is a yellow area separated by white lines.
Gameplay
The man is swinging a ball and chain, and the player must press 
to have him throw the ball while it is lined up with the yellow area. The target area becomes smaller with each increasing difficulty level. If the ball is thrown within the yellow area, the player wins, but if it lands elsewhere, they lose.
