Maya is a character mentioned in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Profile
Maya is the daughter of a merchant family from the Leicester Alliance and Raphael's younger sister. In 1177, Maya's parents were tragically killed in an accident, leading to her and her brother becoming orphans. The two eventually moved in with their grandfather. In 1179, Raphael enrolled in the Officers Academy in order to get a job as a knight and support Maya.
Not much is known about Maya as she is not seen directly in Three Houses or Three Hopes. However, Raphael admits that Maya is smarter than he could ever hope to be and that Lysithea reminds him of her.
Etymology
Maya is a name of Hebrew origin meaning "water". Kirsten is a Scandanavian form of the name Christina, meaning "anointed".
