Sato Sasara (さとうささら) is a Japanese Talk and Song Voice developed by the CeVIO Project and was released for CeVIO Creative Studio in April 2013. She was the first female Talk and Song Voice to ever be released for the engine.
Sasara was later updated and released for CeVIO AI with Talk and Song Voices in August 2021.[1][2][3] She was also released as a Song Voice for VoiSona in September 2022.[4][5] In September 2023, she was also released as a Talk Voice for VoiSona Talk.[6]
Her voice provider is Minase Inori (水瀬 いのり).[7][8]
Concept
Sasara is an ordinary girl who likes anime and video games. She is optimistic and positive, but makes comical mistakes at times as it is her natural tendency. She is "a new face on the internet who is struggling to look for jobs."
Her favorite foods are monjayaki (a type of filled pancake) and ice cream. Her birthday is January 22.
Etymology
The name "Satō" is one of the most common surnames used in Japan, along with "Suzuki" and "Takahashi", which were used for the CeVIO Creative Studio voicebanks Suzuki Tsudumi and Takahashi.[9]
Appearance
Sasara has light brown hair tied into a high sideways knot, with a ponytail protruding from the bottom of it. The tips of her hair are a peachy pink color. Sasara has yellowish-brown eyes. She wears an off-white puff-sleeved dress, with the collar of her dress and the hem of her sleeves and skirt being ruffled. Decorating the top of her outfit is a white bow. Additionally, Sasara wears peachy pink round-toed high heels.
In Sasara's AI design, she sports a new three-tiered dress. The base layer is black and pleated, the second is a vibrant yellow, and the third layer is white. The bottom of the top layer has many slits, the centermost being the widest. A white ribbon is tied around her waist and hanging from her belt is a gold and blue medal. Around Sasara's neck is a detached collar-like choker with a black bowtie. Her long opera gloves are adorned with the same little black bows as her collar. She wears black tights and white high heels. Encircling the knot of her hair is a silver and blue crown.
Her CeVIO Creative Studio and CeVIO AI illustrations were designed by Saito Masatsugu.
Relations
- Takahashi Amato - Sasara sees him as her real big brother. They are fairly good friends, but she doesn't know his first name yet.
