Story
It is obtained after defeating Talon at the Dragon Temple found after the Stone Robot.
Abilities
While Ryu is in this form, his base attack will be 160 and get a defense boost of 120% making it the most powerful, but also the AP consuming, out of the first level dragon transformations.
