Rudra is a Dragon Form in Breath of Fire. He is obtained from the Dragon Temple located on the island northwest of Gust. While in this form, Ryu's attack will become 400 and he gets a 140% increase to his defense. Rudra's attack does a base damage of 400 making it the second strongest Dragon Form, behind only Agni.
Etymology
Rudra is a Hindu God whose name translates to "The Mightiest Terror".
