Spoo is a character that appears in Breath of Fire II. She is the Wind Shaman and is discovered by the party in the SkyTower.
After Gandaroof tells the party about possible allies in their fight against the Dark God, they travel south in search of them. However, their journey is soon interrupted when they find that the mist in Fog Valley has become so thick as to make the area impassable. The valley's sentry suggests that the phenomenon might be connected to the SkyTower. The party has Grandpa transport them there, where they find that a bored Spoo has been causing the unnatural weather. She agrees to stop once she realizes the trouble she's been causing, and promptly makes her way to Township to join Gigli Ziz and the other Shamans.
