TagWoods is a location that appears in Breath of Fire II. It is a monster-infested forest that serves as the home of the woodsman Baba who sometimes fights at Coursair's Coliseum.
Story
TagWoods is a small labyrinthine forest north of Coursair. Ryu travels there to find Baba and ask to take his place in the upcoming Coliseum match against Katt. However, when Ryu finds him, Baba refuses his request. This results in Ryu battling Baba in a boss fight. After Ryu's victory, Baba admits that Ryu is the stronger fighter and agrees to let Ryu pose as him in the upcoming match. He then gives Ryu his axe to serve as proof of identity.
